After the most recent abuse class, a new clearing loop was created by Gary Douglas to run before receiving the Abuse Hold for the first time and before taking the Abuse Hold class.
The Abuse Hold is a class for your body, allowing it to release, relax, and have a sense of peace. You will receive and learn how to practice the Abuse Hold during this class.
An Abuse Hold session with an Abuse Hold practitioner (AHP) allows your body to begin to have a sense of peace. All AHPs have taken the Abuse Hold and other advanced classes before reveiving their license.
